General information on ESG

Generali Asset Management (“Generali AM”), as part of the Generali Group, has been committed to Responsible Investments since 2007. Generali AM believes that the proactive integration of Environmental, Social and Governance factors into the investment process, across all asset classes, will support the achievement both financial returns and non-financial impact.

Since 2018, Generali AM has supported Generali Group and third party clients with ESG analysis and strategies, and ESG data integration into main investment tools and regulatory compliance. Generali AM supports Generali Group in reaching its commitments to green/social/sustainability/SLB bond financing applying a proprietary filter. The voting and engagement function by influencing investees’ decision making process allows Generali AM to capture best investment opportunities with a improving ESG profile.

Statement on principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors

On 1 January 2024, Generali Investments Partners S.p.A. Società di gestione del risparmio was merged into Generali Insurance Asset Management S.p.A. Società di gestione del risparmio, which was renamed Generali Asset Management S.p.A. Società di gestione del risparmio.

The documents below referring to the year 2023 and before therefore refer to the sum of the two entities as at the reference date.
