Sycomore Asset Management has contributed in establishing ESG criteria in the European market, leveraging a proprietary corporate fundamental analysis model. As early as 2015 it has expanded its range of Socially Responsible funds on various sustainable development themes such as: human capital, green transition, social contribution, lifelong quality education, sustainable employment, responsible technology.

In 2020, Sycomore AM became a mission-led company, demonstrating its ambition to contribute positively to society as a “force for good”. As a reference and key player in responsible investment, it is, among other initiatives, a member of the FIR (Forum pour l'Investissement Responsible), the IAHR (Alliance for Human Rights) and the IIGCC (Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change).

Generali Real Estate has developed an ESG strategy which aims at improving the sustainability performance of the assets within its portfolio

Its view aims to go above the current legislative requirements, by reducing the environmental impact of the portfolio, by checking new acquisition ESG performance and by increasing the social engagement towards all its stakeholders.

As part of the said strategy, a Responsible Property Investment Guideline was set up while an increasing number of properties in GRE’s portfolio have been certified with ESG-labels widely renowned within the real estate industry.

To meet investor demand on ESG, part of the portfolio is also monitored within the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) rating system and branded by recognized label such as SRI.
